All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipment. Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on your location, with an estimated delivery window of 8 to 12 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends may affect delivery schedules.

Global Partnerships & Potential Delays
At Primoshaker, we collaborate with global vendors to bring you innovative products. Some items may ship from international locations. Due to the complexities of international shipping, staffing, and logistics, occasional delays may occur. We provide estimated delivery times as a guideline but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
For orders containing pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship any available products immediately. The remaining items will ship as soon as they are back in stock. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, don’t worry—your other items will arrive shortly!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email (and/or text, if a mobile number is provided) with a tracking ID and a link to monitor your package. You can also track your order directly via our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates.
Address Corrections
