Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unworn or unused.
- Include the original tags and packaging.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@primoshaker.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We will assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (like special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (like beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have concerns about specific items.
Exchanges
To get the item you want, we recommend returning the original product, and once the return is approved, placing a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to justify the reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
